Comments : I brought my 14 year old cat Misty to FRAH last week. The staff were very friendly, and treated Misty like she was the special cat she is. Dr Force even pointed out that I was giving Misty an expensive medication that she didn't need, and he suggested an economical alternative.

But what I found most amazing was that usually Misty sulks and snubs me after I have taken her to the vet - but after her visit with Dr Force and his staff, she actually seemed very happy and stress free! I would recommend FRAH to everyone I know - and thank you to Dr Force and his staff for taking good care of Misty!

Comments : We have been working with Dr Force and staff for almost a year now with our rescue boxer and boxer mix dogs. Some days four dogs have arrived from a long distance transport team, all at once with complex medical and surgical needs.They always make room for them and provide them with expert and loving care. Additionally,during the past year numerous emergency cases normally requiring a tertiary care center have arrived from our rescue and from private referrals, and all received the highest quality emergency often life saving care. Somehow its a smooth process and thanks to the care received at Forked River Hospital the dogs are in new homes, with a second chance, and doing well.

Thank you to Dr. Force for your excellent diagnostic, medical, and surgical care and all staff at Forked River for your ongoing care to our rescue dogs and your patience in working with our boxer rescue.

Comments : Since my first bulldog a few years ago, I have been looking for a vet that was close to home. I was always going so far away, even up to Staten Island just so I could find someone who knew about the health issues of bulldogs and how to fix them. When I adopted Lucy, my rescued bulldog, her previous owner told us that she was deaf in her one ear and that she would have to have medications in her ears every 3 days. I gave her the meds ritually, but I just didn't understand why. She didn't seem to have any hearing loss and her ears were consistently soggy. :-( Well, as my dog is an avid soccer player, I noticed that the more she played with her ball, the redder her eyes got. So I decided to take a chance on Dr. Force as I didn't want to have to take Lucy's favorite toy away. He discovered immediately that she had chronic dry eye, but was also kind enough to take the time and check her ears for me after I told him about her habits and what was originally thought to be deafness was nothing of the sort, plus she was on the WRONG meds the whole time!!! If it weren't for Dr. Force, my little Lulu would still be sloshing around with dry red eyes and miserable! Since we changed her medicines and their regimen, she has been so much livelier and more loving, and doesn't run away from getting her meds anymore! You would think that she were a puppy! Thank you Dr. Force so much for your help with her and I will be passing your information on not only to friends and family, but also to the Mid Atlantic Bulldog Rescue where I volunteer and adopted Lucy from! Thanks again!

Comments :  After dreading going to yet another vet to try & diagnose our boxer Blossom, we were thrilled with Dr. Force & his staff. Blossom was very ill for over a week & hospitalized at another vet hospital. She left the other hospital worse off then when we brought her. A friend recommended Dr. Force & he saw her immediately. Within 10 minutes, he had her eating & within 15 mins. she walked out & did not have to be carried. He treated her in a gentle manner & was very informative. Dr. Force had Blossom feeling better in less time than it takes to hear your pets name called up from most other vets waiting rooms. Thank you so much for all of your help, we truly appreciate it & so does Blossom. She is feeling so much better.

Comments :  Dr Force has taken wonderful care of our rescued boxer and mix dogs. All the dogs come in needing shots, spay and neuters. Some come in very sick also. One arrived to Dr Force near death with a very unusual condition and he figured it out and the puppy is alive because of his quick thinking and medical decisions. Another we rushed in becaus he had ingested a towel and some objects. Emergency surgery later, after careful X rays to determine the location of the object, he was good as new. We have sent our more complex cases to Dr Force because he just does a great job and the dogs do well!!! Thanks Dr Force and staff for taking on our rescue dogs and patching them up so they can find "forever" homes soon. NJ BOXER RESCUE

Comments :  On a Sunday afternoon, in a matter of 2 hours, my loving 3 year old dog “Spike” went from being healthy and active little Chihuahua to a very sick dog who could not walk. I took him to an emergency vet who could not determine what was wrong with him. At this point I was in a state of panic as the dog’s health kept deteriorating. Having never been to see Dr. Force before, I took a chance and called him. Even though he had never seen my dog ,and it was a Sunday, he was kind enough to return my phone call. He also called me several times during the day to see how Spike was doing. On Monday morning I took Spike to see Dr. Force. Spike was hospitalized and Dr. Force ran tests and stabilized him. At this point the prognosis was questionable as Dr. Force determined that this was a neurological problem. I was preparing myself for the worst, I may have to euphonize my best friend. I went to see Dr. Force on Tuesday afternoon. I was shocked when I saw Spike was responsive. Dr. Force gave me hope. I have been treating Spike with the medications prescribed and now a week later, Spike is beginning to walk again. I believe that if it wasn’t for Dr. Force my dog would be dead now. I encourage anyone with pets to bring them to see Dr. Force. His veterinary skills are unsurpassed and he treats his patients and their owners with kindness and respect.

Comments :  Dr. Force has looked after my bulldogs since they were pups. He also looks after my cat and other 2 dogs. He's a great vet and he wants whats best for the animal works with the owners to achieve that. My animals love him and I'm so happy that the hospital is now open for business.

Comments :  Dr. Force has been a freindly and knowledgeable doctor who has cared for my 2 big beautiful dogs, Maggie and Duke. We look foward to seeing him in his new practice. I am so glad I have found a Vet that I can trust to keep my 4 legged family members healthy and happy.
